Do we have to book a coordinator package in order to book you as our floral designer?

Wedding flowers

If we book you for Planning or Coordinating, is the decor included?

If we book you, what can we expect regarding communication?

What tools are provided to assist with planning & communication?

How do we reserve your services?

This answer depends on the service you book with us and is something we will discuss with you prior to booking! It is very important to us that our clients know we are available throughout the planning process to answer questions & guide you!

We offer two options to our clients, again depending upon the service you book. We utilize Honeybook for all client communication, invoicing and contracts. For our planning & coordinating clients, we use Aisle planner, this is a client portal provided to you with a checklist, budgeting tool, timeline building & a shared location to gather vendor information & files.

Please feel free to schedule a consultation! We want to be sure we are the right fit for you!

After discussing your needs and building the package that is right for you... we will create a contract and send you an invoice. We require the signed invoice and non-refundable retainer to reserve our services. The remaining balance is then broken into payments.

Vow book

Of course not! We offer a variety of services to meet each of our client's needs. You do not need to book one service to get another.

Do we have to book your Event Design & Floral Design Packages together?

No! These two services are different. While some clients choose to have our team design the entire event, others may not need a full design option. This is why our design services are Ala Carte. Your package is tailored to your specific needs.

It is not! This is two separate services. We have created them this way, because we do not want to charge a client for services they may not need. This allows us to create the package each client needs, but avoids charging them for services they don't!
